This is the company policies, rules, and regulations of JC Premiere Business International Inc. (“the Company”) that govern transactions and business dealings involving the Company’s products. This policy applies to interactions between members, JC Distributors, clients of the Company, and other related parties.
Company Policy, Rules and Regulations (the “Company Policy”)
The Company Policy is an integral part of each JC Distributor’s contract with the Company. Every JC Distributor must:
- Read and understand the contents of this Company Policy.
- Familiarize themselves with the Company Policy as part of their responsibilities as JC Distributors.
Compliance and Penalties
JC Distributors are strictly required to follow the terms and conditions in this policy. Violations are subject to penalties, including but not limited to:
- Cancellation, termination, or deactivation of accounts/membership depending on the gravity of the violation.
- Three-day period for clarification after deactivation to address issues in writing. Failure to respond will result in permanent cancellation, termination, or deactivation.
Policy Amendments
THIS COMPANY POLICY MAY BE AMENDED, REVISED, OR MODIFIED IN WHOLE OR IN PART WITHOUT NEED OF CONSENT FROM THE JC DISTRIBUTORS.
Part I. Company Policy
I. Definition of Terms
- “PPV” – Product Purchase Voucher
- “5th Pair” – Every 5th sales match earns Php400.00 in Product Points in PPV Form.
- “Applicant” – Person intending to become a JC Distributor who submits an Application Form.
- “Application Form” – Company-provided form for applicants.
- “Business Center” – Venue for transactions, seminars, trainings, and direct sales.
- “Company” – JC Premiere Business International Inc.
- “Confidential Information” – All information (written or oral) provided by the Company to the JC Distributor, including business plans, product literature, and more.
- “Crossline” – A JC Distributor outside of one’s own line of business or sales organization.
- “Direct Sponsored Downline” – Individual directly sponsored by a JC Distributor.
- “Distributor’s Online Portal” – Website for Distributors to manage and monitor accounts.
II. Application as Distributor
2.1 Who May Apply
- Any individual at least 18 years old who has not been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude.
- Corporations, partnerships, or associations registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and authorized to operate in the Philippines.
2.2 Application Process
- Application Form completion
- If applicant is under 15 years old, they must provide parental consent.
- Sponsor Selection – Once selected, applicants must keep the sponsor for 30 days unless they haven’t made a purchase.
- Company Evaluation
- Acceptance of Terms – Applicants must read and agree to the terms.
- Acknowledgment Form – New Distributors sign to confirm they understand and will follow Company Policy.
III. Qualifications of Distributors
- Husband and wife may register individually but are considered as one entity.
- Partnerships, corporations, or associations must submit a letter of intent and supporting documents.
- Violations of Company Rules by one member may result in penalties for spouses, children, or parents who are also Distributors.
IV. Privileges of JC Distributors
- Authorized to engage in direct selling.
- Entitled to compensation, rebates, commissions, and other privileges determined by the Company.
V. Sponsoring Responsibilities
Sponsors are responsible for:
- Ensuring downlines attend required training and seminars.
- Providing guidance on products and Company policies.
- Advising on marketing and sales strategies.
VI. Exclusivity
JC Distributors are prohibited from joining other direct selling or multi-level marketing businesses that compete with the Company’s products.
VII. Relationship and Representation
JC Distributors are considered independent contractors and not agents or employees of the Company.
VIII. Management of Account
- Distributors are responsible for keeping account information accurate.
- Inactive accounts for six months will be placed on hold.
IX. Prohibited Acts
- Change of Sponsor
- Invitation to Transfer – Encouraging transfers between sales groups is prohibited.
- Crosslining
- Sponsoring Active Members
- Bonus Buying
X. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality Agreement
The JC Distributor recognizes the Company as the exclusive owner of its intellectual property.
XI. Termination of Account
The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts for policy violations.
XII. Re-entry Process
Inactive JC Distributors of over one year may undergo a re-entry process after submitting a Letter of Intent.
XIII. Faithful Compliance and Indemnity Undertaking
JC Distributors must faithfully comply with all Company policies.
